    i will be making laksa, a coconut-based soup with rice noodles, veggies and tofu. it is like heaven in your mouth. (no pervy interpretations please)

    I had these amazing corn shrimp fritters at this thai restaurant recently...gonna try to make those. otherwise, i may make some sort of shrimp curry. can't freaking wait.

    I might also make a curried scallop chowder. I tested out a recipe, and it's pretty good.

    I will be there along with Naz and a good friend from home. We'll bring two dishes between us...I imagine one will have something to do with noodles...and the other an app of some sort?? We'll see. Can't decide! Also, I know Fintan is coming and contributing...what I don't know either.

    yo, is there going to be some sort of rice making machine? Like a robot or something that makes rice? I will make Frank Dux favorite curry dish, chicken, I believe. Or maybe go to Ba Le Bakery and get some S.E. Asian desserts.

    Hey kids.... gonna make Massumum Curry (either beef or chicken) and gonna either bring a cucumber salad or a thai coconut flan... can't decide yet!

    I will be making some cocktails. They are called "Thai Me Down." Not sexual. I believe it has something to do with tying a red bandana around your head and playing Russian Roulette. I will also be bringing a pistol.
